I worked on the Learning and Development team to plan, design, and publish learning materials that are relevant to employees’ interests and meet their learning needs. This role included:
Partnering with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure relevance and accuracy of course content
Designing and developing eLearning courses to over 1000 employees that meet employee’s learning needs with a positive ROI
Evaluating course effectiveness after publishing using the Kirkpatrick model and learner survey data

I worked with a team of volunteers to develop training for new foster families. My primary tasks included:
Interviewing SMEs to gather relevant information
Storyboarding courses to showcase simplified content from SMEs and basic functionality within each module
Developing course modules in Articulate Storyline and refining them based on feedback from stakeholders and SMEs.
Along with facilitating highly supportive English as a Second Language classes for middle school-aged English Language Learners, some highlights from this role include:
Developed a 6-module curriculum with SMEs, increasing learners' performance by 60% in ten months.
Used an iterative design model to digitize and maintain 4 blended learning courses.
Created and sold over 2,500 units of micro-lessons and game-based learning content in an online storefront.
As a PLC Leader, I lead the other instructors on my team in creating individualized curriculi for their students while keeping them aligned with state standards. To do this, I did the following:
Facilitated weekly curriculum alignment meetings with 5 instructors.
Mined assessment data to drive decisions regarding curriculum changes and appropriate adaptations for learners.
Provided support and advice for issues surrounding learning retention, finding relevant resources, and improving assessment scores.
This was a volunteer role in which I provided 100+ instructors with support implementing innovative technology in their classrooms. To do this, I:
Designed a training plan after surveying my colleagues on their knowledge gaps with technology.
Implemented training sessions on a weekly basis depending on instructor needs, which all had a 100% satisfaction rate.
Assisted instructors who needed extra support outside of training sessions by conducting classroom observations and providing actionable feedback.
